Power Update
Just got word yesterday that, due to 3 poles being snapped down the street from us, it will be next week before power is back up on our end of the street. One of my friends who got power on Wed. Treated me to a hot lunch and the use of her washer/dryer yesterday. Hooray for clean underwear!

I'm so sorry to hear that you are still without power! Sounds like you are coping pretty well. Hope it won't be much longer.
I've been praying for you, Doris, even though I neglected to take the time to leave you a comment before now. I'll continue to pray as you wait for your power to be restored. We've had a few long power outages from hurricanes, so I know how inconvenient it is. But at least we didn't have cold weather to cope with. Brrrr You have such an excellent attitude. That helps so much at time like this. xxx
