FOR A DYING FRIEND

What do you write to someone who has been battling Pancreatic cancer for two years and is now facing the reality of her final weeks?  As a believer, I could only think of words encouraging her to look to the hope she has in our Savior.

As the hymn goes, "Because He lives, I can face tomorrow...," whatever tomorrow may hold.  He is the One Who numbers our days and prepares a place for us in His presence to enjoy Him forever.  Death has indeed lost its victory and its sting for all those who look to Jesus Christ as their Savior.
